This work talks about the journey. The creative process, walking around the city and the artist's book as a journey of creation. The registers become supports in this investigation and present the possibilities of creating in the face of these paths. The book is incorporated as an exhibition site for this process and becomes the creative journey's subject. Thus, it is no longer understood only as a record and also presents itself as a work.
In both books, we have some inserts such as watercolor drawings, maps of some of the paths traveled, videos, first photographs taken for the research born in 2016, and notes by the artist Ivan Padovani, about his work "Campo Cego", collected during his interview.
As the second section does not precisely follow a chronological order, the subjects are separated by colors: • Authors (red) - quotes and excerpts from texts about the city and the street; • Paths (orange) - photographs, sketches, and notes taken during the walks; • Conversations (purple) - interviews with artists and notes from the workshops and courses I attended; • Drawings (green) - drawings made freely or from the photographs taken; • Notes (blue) - thoughts are written freely.
